TRIbe is run by an all volunteer council, that operates on a consensus basis. Not the most efficient method of getting things done, but necessary if you look at recent implosions of other Bay Area Tri Clubs.
All members are encouraged to give back to the sport, by volunteering at races and by participation in the running of the club.
